GATE is a Drug Free Community Support Program (DFC) coalition with the mission to engage and empower Asian and Pacific Islander (API) and Latino communities of Georgia to prevent underage alcohol, tobacco, drug and other substance use.
During this project, I was tasked to created:
• 4-5 11"x17" posters addressing alcohol awareness
• these posters are video game themed in order to provide a new, fun approach to sparking conversations about underaged drinking amongst high school teens.
Process:
As a personal project, I created a continuation of video game themed alcohol awareness posters/digital media inspired by GATE Coalition's first approach in this direction last year. These posters are inspired by popular games that were played by teens during the late 1990's and early 2000's with the color pallet reflecting Cross Keys High School's school colors.
Software used for this project:
Procreate
Adobe Illustrator
