ESL Constitution & Citizenship Day
September 16, 2016 was a special day at CPACS! Together with our ESL department staff, Dr. Serena Walker, and our well deserved citizenship recipients, CPACS had the honor of celebrating and welcoming 17 of our ESL students as American citizens!
We would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Serena Walker for speaking at this event and presenting our students with their certificates as well as everyone else who was there to share this moment with us! Thank you!
